Terms and conditions This translation is for information purposes only – the German version of our terms is binding for each contract – Jurisdiction is the German court.  1. Applicability The following terms and conditions are binding for all orders in our online shop.

2. Contractual partner and binding contract The contract for purchase is made with Camp it Simple.

The depiction of our products on this webiste is no legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You may select our products and move it to the basket section and correct your input before sending a legally binding offer to us. By clicking the “Order” button, you agree to a legally binding purchase contract and make an offer to Camp it Simple at the shown conditions. You will receive confirmation of your order and offer via email as soon as our systems have processed it (mostly immediately).

The exact timing of our contract relates to the type of payment chosen by you.

We accept your offer via e-mail or via initiation of the delivery process within 3 working days.

3. Contractual language and saving of contract The binding language of the contract is German. We save the contract text and provide our customers with the order data and our terms and conditions via email. The exact contract text is not accessible online afterwards due to security reasons.

4. Delivery Postage/shipping services are additionally charged and added to shown product prices. You are informed about the cost of shipping before you place your order.

You may collect your products in person at our production facilitites in Wiesenbronn at the following address: Camp it Simple – c/o Ackermann GmbH, Gewerbestrasse 1 , 97355 Wiesenbronn, Germany. Opening hours are: Monday through Thursday: 8 am. to 4.30 pm. and Friday: 8am. to 12pm.

Our BaseCamps cannot be delivered to “Packstationen” or packing stations.

5. Payment

Our shop offers the following payment options:

Payment by invoice, direct bank transfer, credit card, EC cash card, payment in cash on pickup.

You will pay after reception of the invoice and goods via bank transfer. In case of delivery outside of Germany, we reserve the right to start production and delivery after having received payment of the product. We reserve the right to check credit ratings before agreeing to the payment via invoice.

6. Ownership We resume sole ownership of our shipped items until payment is made in full.

7. Damages during Should goods be delivered with obvious damage, please immediately claim these damages with the transport provider before official reception of the items, also contact us right away. In case you do not claim damages right away, there is no repercussion on your legal rights for damage/malfunction claims later on.  However, we count on your support, so we can create our claims towards the delivery service provider.

8. Warranty If not agreed upon seperately, we adhere to legal guidelines on warranty in Germany and the EU. The statute of limitations is one year after delivery of the product. The shorter period of availability does not apply, if we are to blame for providing faulty equipment, delivery or other services directly by us.

In case of injury to life, body or health, in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty or malice, in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) within the framework of a guarantee promise, if agreed or as far as the scope of application of the product liability law is applied. 9.Liability For claims based on damages  to third parties caused by us, our legal representatives or agents, we are always liable without limitation

10. Dispute resolution The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which you can find here.We are prepared to participate in an out-of-court conciliation procedure before a consumer dispute resolution service.
