Consequences of cancellation Should you cancel this contract, we must give you a refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, we can delay refunding you if we haven’t received the goods or evidence that you’ve returned them. We will use the same payment method used for refunding you. We will not apply any additional charges for the refund.
You have 14 days to send back the canceled order after informing us. Late fees may apply. If evidence of shipping is time-stamped within the 14 day period, then no late fees will be charged. You will carry the cost of sending the order back to us. We assume that within Germany costs will be below 100 € (in Europe 250€ maximum). You will only need to cover damages of the goods, if it is proven that there was negligent usage/behavior on your behalf when returning the goods.
